Comments and Ratings for BES12 Client
Ok if you have to! (184.108.40.2066)
3/5 By Shropshirelad11
The only reason for using this app is if you have to. After years of using rubbish Blackberry mobiles I was pleased to find our company offering iPhones for business use. The problem is that you need to use this app for secure email etc. So now I have a great phone for everything apart from business email. In this context blackberry mobiles are better.
The app is slow, often freezes, fails to download email (or send). The fix appears to power down the iphone and restart. It may work better on other mobiles but not good on a iPhone 6.

Truly the worse app I've ever known. Constant crashing and having to re-enter all my details. A typical piece of sh*t from Blackberry
Simply does not work... (220.127.116.11)
1/5 By Ffisio
The updated version of this app simply does not work with iOS9... Blackberry's info page about this says there is a more up-to-date version circa 5th October, but I cannot find is in App Store. Have managed to be online to work email, etc for a grand total of 5 days since 14th September... Twitter DM with @blackberryhelp gives very limited information.

Perfect works perfectly on ios9

Requires long passcode. No Touch ID.
No ability to scroll down emails without going back to email folder (ie no down arrow).
This app needs improvement.
Delays with ios9 support making it unusable.
Crashes every time on iOS9 (22.214.171.124)

The app crashes 100% of the time, immediately after typing in the password. Unusable.

Touch ID removed from latest version??? (188.8.131.52)
2/5 By Cliff Richardson
More bug fixes appear to have been resolved, but one of the more useful features, Touch ID support, has been removed????

Really slow, no background sync. Feels like one has gone back to DUN on the first windows pocket PCs.
Stay away (184.108.40.206)
1/5 By Maddddshx
The latest version does not sync in background, constantly freezes and crashes. Blackberry should properly test their products before releasing such a buggy software.
Not happy customer - please fix it!
Good app (220.127.116.11)

Works well to connect iPhone / iPad to corporate blackberry server.
Would give 5 stars if it could use fingerprint recognition to avoid repeated password entry.

Looks like yet another update on this App that makes the user experience get even worse. Just doesn't seem to download emails now. Do these guys test this app at all?
1/5 By Wombat124
I was getting along quite happily with the BES10 client until this update. Now it opens for about 30 seconds and then crashes. Don't install!! And Blackberry please fix this now!
You need a BES10 Server! (10.2.5.89)
5/5 By jdnkoke
Ignore the negative reviews, this app works great. You need a BES10 server to manage your IOS devices using this app.
Much better than the GOOD client (10.2.4.87)
5/5 By Damian76
We are running BES 10 in our corporate environment and find that this client is very well designed, actually much better and cleaner than the GOOD app! It's wonderful on the iPad :)
Blackberry travel (10.2.1.76)

When will you develop blackberry travel for iOS?
It's the only I miss from my old BB
This isn't BBM, guys. (10.2.1.76)
4/5 By ClearUpper
For everyone that's confused about Server Addresses..
..This is a BUSINESS App. BBM is a separate app.
If you can't access it, then you're obviously not meant to. This is an app built for businesses only, so you'd need to work at a specific business to have a server address that BlackBerry have registered.
Once again, THIS IS NOT BBM. BBM WILL BE A SEPARATE APP.
Oh, and it's not "100% Fake"; it's just you're not a businessman/woman and have no need to access this app.
Fake app (10.2.0.57)
1/5 By mbberek
Looks like a fake app again; watch out!!
Wrong download (10.2.1.76)
5/5 By Bingley14
If you get the server message, you have downloaded the BES10 client instead of BBM. Try bbm.com or search for BBM.
Waste of download (10.2.1.76)

Utter useless asks for server address off the administrator,
Hmmm I'm at home get a grip BB
No skipping button makes this app useless !!!
4/5 By Business Cat
For everyone asking what the server address is try reading what it says, it says ASK YOUR ADMINISTRATOR!
If you don't know what it is then this is clearly NOT for you.
App works fine for me.

How do I find out what my server address is

Don't waste my time (10.2.1.76)
1/5 By Haydnnewman
Wasting my time when you give us a server address? What's the point of that.
1/5 By LydiaMurphy
This app doesn't work. You are asked to accept or decline the licence agreement then, after that you are to,d to enter the server address.. Nothing that is entered works. Bullpoop.
2/5 By Samdee79
What's the sever address please fix this!
