Comments and Ratings for Microsoft Outlook - email and calendar
Was great, now poor with many glitches (2.15.0)
2/5 By RPHerts
I hope someone senior in Microsoft, in the Outlook team reads this. This was a great go to app for me since Outlook arrived on iOS. Calendar, email, and contacts all in one app. It worked.
Since late December 16 early January 17, despite updates it has been had significant glitches, has messed up my Contacts in Outlook.com, Many contacts are not searchable, emails deleted on iOS still appear in Outlook.com and in my Windows 10 app, contacts have disappeared, attachments sent from iOS are being received as WinDat files, links sent in emails do not work.
The support team has been unable resolve problems, merely delete, reinstall, wait for the next version. Meanwhile more glitches appear.
I want I trust Microsoft; I want to believe I the product; but with this continually waste of time and productivity, I am losing faith.

What have you done (2.15.0)
1/5 By YorkieRose
My Outlook just kept closing each time i opened it, so i reinstalled. Such a mess now, you have to wait ages for anything sent to appear in sent box and what is with the splitting mail into feature and others. Lets go back to how it was please. Why does it keep telling me to use ios too, when this is ios?
Shocking since update (2.15.0)
1/5 By Timmytom2
Terrible app. Keeps on logging me out and won't let me add my other email address that I need for work. Sort it out ASAP!!!!
Useless App (2.15.0)
1/5 By Ghjgjhvhgvhg
Absolutely useless app, only showed 4 random old emails out of an inbox of around 50.
Faulty folder sync (2.15.0)
1/5 By Benski1970
Messages deleted on PC or webmail still show in this app (IMAP mail). Badge notifications show the wrong number of messages. Deleting app and reinstalling does not fix it. Completely not fit for purpose.
5/5 By Not the Builder
I have been using this app for consolidating my 5 email addresses ever since it was launched and I have not had an issue that wasn't resolved within 24 hours. Great app with excellent support. M
works these days (2.15.0)
5/5 By Klepto83
Does everything it should, does require a bit of setting up depending on your preferences (I hated the swipe to archive)
Be careful of making too many functions - simplicity is key.
Not working!! (2.15.0)
1/5 By Masriya princesa
I started using Outlook app a few months back as MBox Mail stopped working. Outlook was working fine, great for multiple emails. But since update it keeps saying my passwords are wrong & won't let me use multiple email addresses. Will have to find another app to use...
Used to be great- whatever you did- undo it! (2.15.0)
1/5 By Gemjm
Used to love this app but cannot rely on it any more. The "all Mail" box has suddenly disappeared and when I remove accounts to try and re-add them now it won't add my gmail accounts again. Just Get a weird flashing loading symbol. Been back and forth to support and still no fix. Disappointed
Can't login after latest update (2.15.0)
1/5 By mini rules
Refuses to login to my email after latest update, app worked perfectly before this
Please fix (2.15.0)
1/5 By Babies viewfinder
Sick of logging in every 2 seconds.
Seriously, just store restore a previous version that worked.
Still constantly asking for log in (2.15.0)
1/5 By Honeycomb Ice Cream 🐝
I have been unable to access emails following the last few updates; the app constantly asks me to log in. Please fix this issue as it is infuriating!
Add VIP (2.15.0)
3/5 By Anonymous1928382939
Please add a VIP section like Apple Mail has. That is virtually the only reason I keep the app. Otherwise I would have migrated completely to Outlook.
WAS Better than IPad mail... (2.15.0)
1/5 By Obsolent
... but NO LONGER! Since most recent update (7 March 2017), app keeps asking for Microsoft password. The app is now unusable.
1/5 By Lionsteve
I updated my passwords and now it keeps asking me for password and wont let me log in.
Will be changing all my email over to Gmail. Outlook is unusable. Not acceptable service.
Doesn't work since update (2.15.0)
1/5 By Finlab
It asks for password every minute or so. Will use a different app until they get this sorted.
Pointless update (2.15.0)
1/5 By Spitfire Chap
I use this for my company email.
What happened to the QA on this release?
I work in mobile transformation & appreciate things creep through but not being able to access my account at all kind of defeats the whole objective!
Pull your finger out!
Time to look for another app (2.15.0)
2/5 By HellyTelly
I've endured Outlook's quirks for a while. But development seems to be random, and after the latest update I now have to sign in every time I want to check my mail. I used to figure Outlook would be the best as it was by Microsoft - right? But I've had enough now. So - farewell Outlook iOS, I'm off to try some of the many other mail apps on offer...
Keeps Crashing (2.15.0)
1/5 By Grumpy Tyke
The app was great initially, but now it is virtually impossible to open as it keeps crashing when trying to open it.
5/5 By Qdev66
Been using outlook for over a year, never locks like many mail apps, would be nice to see a few more options on calendar, but overall excellent app that never lets you down
Very Confused (2.15.0)
1/5 By Jay IoW
This app seems to make no sense to me. Its hard to navigate, very confusing and over complicated. Gone back to Iphone ver. Shame as hotmail on pc is so straight forward
1/5 By Andyp2847
Constantly kicks you out! Repeatedly asking for password, which you get wrong as you've been asked a million times, on the phone which requires your finger print to to access, then when you do get it you have to prove you're not a robot... I have a phone! Is that not proof at all, then you can't make out the captcha! Is it a capital letter or not is it an S or a 5? Absolutely infuriating, worst app ever! This will break my phone! Or cause me to break my phone!
1/5 By radecki
Search doesn't work! Literally impossible to find a message if you search it. Really bad app! Really!
I love it (2.15.0)
5/5 By Keith - Net+
I love it. If there was shared calendars support directly from the app it would be perfect. I'm sure it's coming though. Keep up the good work.
Crap update (2.15.0)
1/5 By Shamsjubs
Since the update 2 days ago this app is absolutely rubbish. you have to login every two minutes. Hope it gets sorted soon, as was pretty good & easy to use before
Same old Rubbish (2.15.0)
1/5 By Gazza of Hitchin
Stopped using this for a year because it was so bad.
Just came back to it to try again but still the same problems. Slow to load, slow to work, clunky, poor functionality especially for calendars.
Still rate as avoid if at all possible.
Most inconvenient Update ever (2.15.0)
1/5 By Bazza😅
Since the latest update the app forces me to log in every time I exit the app which is ridiculous and hugely time-wasting. I rely heavily on the app for the operation of my business... sort it out Microsoft! Making yourselves look like a joke!
Notification night mode for emails (2.15.0)
1/5 By Bad news sells
For the email can you have a night mode ( email not to appear in notifications for a specific account) I still want to see calendar pings. As I use this for work as more to track meetings. And to just look at emails as and when.
I like idea of Keeping separate from my personal accounts hence why I don't use the apple version.
1/5 By Jdavie2222
Latest update causing app to crash so frequently!! Cannot even send an email! Completely unusable!
Rubbish !!!!!!!!! (2.15.0)
1/5 By Ju Ju 1970
Since last update keeps constantly asking me to log into all my accounts so I cannot look at any of my emails. This is a waste of space at the moment. Please fix it as was brilliant before the update.
