Every couple of days the app won't let me watch anything and just says "error (-11800)". It will be out for a whole day and the next might work fine. It's very annoying, please fix this bug!

I have tried and tried to get this app to work however I keep receiving the same error message "Cannot play title. Please try again later". Please fix this Netflix. I'm currently paying good money for something I can't use.

Nice layout, easy to use, and no glitches or problems. Only improvement could be to have account settings on the app instead of opening separately in a browser.

Content generally fine, however latest update has completely fouled up the app and none of it works. Netflix happy to continue taking money but no help to fix.

App usually works fine, Netflix is Netflix and details are not necessarily intensely required. However it is no longer allowing me to play any type of video and the screen is just bringing up a white error sign. Have attempted every way possible to get it back working.

I can't understand why people complain about Netflix, there is hours and hours of entertainment. But the best thing with the iPhone and iPad app is that i can continue from where i stopped watching and it doesn't matter if I watched something on our 60 inch 4K or my 9.2 inch iPad Air or my iPhone 6S +, it just works seamlessly. Well done Netflix!

Up until recently I have been lucky to say that I haven't had a single issue with this application or the service provided. However now I'm afraid can no longer state this. Recently when attempting to stream anything through the app, I have been met with the picture(which froze instantly) and no sound followed by the fact that the timer in the lower right corner does not move. I have tried to find various solutions such as uninstalling and then reinstalling the app yet this has been unsuccessful (3 times!) I have also looked through the help section on the Netflix website which also had no possible solution.

Come on Netflix - sort it out. AMAZON PRIME doesn't have these issues. Too many error messages (can't play content) when I have downloaded items for on-the-go. For a subscription service, you can do better than this. It's enormously frustrating.

When streaming shows to TV connected via HDMI-Lightning notifications don't appear on TV, which seems correct behaviour. But when playing downloaded content notifications appear, and are impossible to stop, since Do Not Disturb doesn't work when device is on. Why are the two modes different?
