Description

Now supports Apple Watch! Use Squeezy directly on your Apple Watch, complete your exercises and save them to your phone.

Squeezy has been designed by chartered physiotherapists specialising in Women's Health working in the NHS. It is suitable for all women who want to do pelvic floor muscle exercises (or Kegel exercises). The app is particularly aimed at women who are seeing a specialist physiotherapist for problems connected to their bladder, bowels or pelvic floor muscles as it can be tailored to a specific exercise programme and set to remind you when to do your exercises. It is simple to use, discreet, informative and has helpful visual and audio prompts to support your exercise programme plus it maintains a record of the number of exercises you have completed.

Squeezy has been reviewed and approved by the NHS Choices health apps library team for its clinical safety, and was a runner up in the finals of the Advancing Healthcare Awards 2014.

My physio recommended this to me, as after 3 large babies, a failed pelvic floor repair and finally a hysterectomy my pelvic floor was in a bad way.., this app is great for reminding me to do the exercises. Brilliant!!

Was recommended this app by my NHS physio and it's great. Could be a bit more colourful/interactive and provide positive reinforcements/feedback but it does what it says on the tin.

I have just downloaded this app as it seems to be better than the other one I was using for during my pregnancy. Only negative is the app icon could be a little more discreet rather than a pic of a woman needing a wee!

I really should work at this more, but it gets boring. It could do with mixing up the routines, because they become a bit of a chore. The watch app needs work - the display goes to sleep which isn't much good.

Great little app, effective reminder function - so important. Very simple, no bells and whistles but I think they're unnecessary. The UI is well designed and easy to get to grips with. Discreet too.

Despite having the alerts turned on on the App I haven't had any alerts on my iPhone 6S. This phone was being repaired last week and I used an old iPhone 4S and got all my alerts ... and so all my exercises were done. Now I'm back to missing them with no alerts. Can this problem be fixed, please?

5 months into my pregnancy I always forgot to do my pelvic floor exercises and I was starting to struggle with it. My sister in law recommended this app and I'm so glad she did. This app reminds me to do it everyday and I've been able to increase the amount I can do. I no longer have pelvic floor problems! It's so easy to use and I shall continue to use it after I've given birth.

This is a must for any pregnant woman or woman who has a weakened bladder. It reminds you to do your pelvic floor exercises three times a day in a really easy, discreet way. It helps you to count each squeeze and it takes no time at all. If you want to strengthen and protect your bladder (and other bits) this is a very helpful app. I recommend it 100%!

Very easy to use and if you keep it up it makes a difference. One improvement : let users add that they've done the exercises without using the app as one sometimes does. It would be more encouraging.

I think this app is great on the phone but the Apple Watch functionality is not the best. The screen times out so you cannot see when to squeeze and let go. And it gets stuck on every other squeeze/rest so you end up squeezing for way longer! As a suggestion it would be good to have vibration on the watch for every time to squeeze/rest so that you don't need to watch the screen for the whole time.

Having the app to remind you is exactly what i needed as i always forgot to do them. It also doesn't matter if you forget to do one as you can make up for it later on and you don't feel like you've failed when you see that you've completed your sets for the day. Even if i'm out and about, on a bus, having a coffee etc, i do them without people knowing. I wish i'd got this while pregnant as i barely did any and i'm paying the price for it now.

This is a brilliant app. I always knew pelvic floor exercises were important but without the prompt, it's very difficult to keep up the momentum. Discreet and extremely effective!
