This whole programme has changed my life and so much better since got the app. Love the weekly planning, videos to follow with each exercise, the easy to follow, simple, delicious recipes and the way it ensures you do the stretches. And a gang of girls to share the journey through instagram. Fantastic.

Can do this app from home after purchasing a couple of pieces of apparatus (although you could easily substitute for things you can find at home). And it's so much cheaper than a gym membership! :)

I've been using this app for around a month and had no difficulties with it! Concentrating on the contents itself, The plan is easy to follow and the recipes pretty simple! I always have a good ache to my muscles after the exercises and feel I've had a good workout. The only downside I found was trying to prop the phone somewhere you can see it whilst getting used to/familiarising yourself with the different exercises. Having got an iwatch for Xmas however it has deffo made the app even easier to use! I am able to keep up with the workouts with just a twist of my wrist which is brilliant and saves wasting any time in walking over to the phone to switch to the next move. They just need to find a way of collaborating this properly with the phone to ensure both apps run at the same time! Overall am pleased with it. At £14.99 pm it's not bad but I feel it could be a little cheaper!

There is no way this fancy interval timer is worth £18.49 a month! I like the exercise plan, although I wish it was more varied, but all the app really does is put the exercises into order for you. It's handy but I'm not paying that much for it when you can get interval timers that do the same thing for free! If you've already read Kayla's e-books then you're not gaining anything with this app. It's also super buggy with my Apple Watch. The menu caters to different dietary needs but doesn't offer different portion sizes which would be useful. I won't be continuing my subscription at this price.

I can't even log into it. Says I'm already subscribed. Which I am. But won't let me see anything past that screen. Supposed to be in a free trial period but feeling very ripped off. Please fix it asap!

I love this app so much and think it's worth every penny. I think it's really improved with the addition of videos to show you the correct form of the exercises. It's so much more convenient than my previous easy guides which involved a lot of printing/screenshots/handwritten lists. I'm currently doing the vegan food plan and the food is really delicious, I have been so impressed with the recipes and there has been much less wastage on the vegan food plan to the regular one, in my opinion. However when I tried the meat one this was pre-app days so perhaps this has changed. I recently had a (user) issue with the app and asked for help on kaylas Facebook page to which she responded within 24h which I thought was really impressive. I have given it 5 stars because I would (and have) recommended this to anyone considering it. However there are some developments I would love to see for the app in the future. - on the social media side I would love to "share my sweaty selfie"/ progress photos / photos of the food and general fitness stuff on an Instagram Style feature within the app rather on my actual Instagram feed, as I don't want my real insta account too heavily focussed on fitness and food. I also think this would encourage me to interact more with the bbg community and follow more kayla users. - I would love to see more instructions of what you can make in batch and how long you can store it for/ shop bought substitutes(🙊) ; I'm currently cooking breakfast, lunch, snacks for following day, plus dinner in one night. Which after a day at work and a mega hard kayla work out is a lot. I seem to be cooking and preparing from 7pm-9.30pm which is the time I'm getting to sit down for dinner every night, which is very time consuming and the main thing that will push me off track. Making snack portion hummus to find its on your plan the day after next - would be easier to make all at once then portion it up. - sticking within the menu development I would love it if you could amend the amount of people you will be preparing for to which your shopping list and portion measures would adjust accordingly. - it would also be good if you could choose from a list of breakfast/lunch/ dinner/ snacks to build your own plan. Perhaps with a "myfitnesspal" style nutritional information pie chart. -and finally would love to have recommended weights kg for things like medicine ball squat. I know everybody has different capability, but would be good to know what kayla used as what weight to aim for or where you should be lifting by a certain week. Also an option where if your struggling to complete press ups for example in the proper form in the resistance workouts, things you can do on your LISS days that can build this up. This may be common sense but I personally would love this.
